Advisor Group has competitive salaries and a generous bonus program. There is a nice benefits package and matching 401k. Since AG became independent in 2016 there have been many changes for the better. It is amazing what has been accomplished in such a short period of time.

People are working in teams, sharing information, and coming up with innovative ideas. Leadership not only listens to employees but acts upon what they hear. They encourage employee to share ideas that help foster and grow our values. People from all different locations, departments, and levels are asked about how we can make the company a better place to work. The outcome is that people work harder and smarter and take pride in their work. People are reaching across functional departments to share experiences and collaborate on challenges and this is something that we never did before.
