      The interview process was informative, thorough and enjoyable. The onboarding process was welcoming and very professional. Communication is excellent. Trust and delegation for work assignments is outstanding.

      I have been in the Investment Industry for 20 plus years and working here is a wonderful experience with consulting our Advisors with procedures and policies.

      If you're looking for a cushy place to hang your hat and collect a paycheck...think twice. The work is fast, its tough and it demands a lot of the employees. You earn your right to succeed by virtue of your efforts to constantly perform at a high level. While I don't consider this a "con"...some certainly will!
