      Pros

      The benefits (healthcare, 401k, etc.) are pretty standard. The staff is pretty friendly and nice with one other.

      Cons

      Unless you are applying to work in the company's main headquarters in Phoenix, upward mobility in the other locations is pretty non-existent, especially in the Minnesota and New Jersey offices. In Atlanta there are mainly Temp and low salary Operation hires. There's currently a lot of downsizing occurring and will most likely happen furthermore in the future. The firm has changed significantly over the last few years, mainly for the worse since separating from AIG and being now a small standalone company currently owned by a private equity firm.

      Pros

      Awesome benefits start day one and are affordable. Work with a great team that is flexible and realistic. For a large corporate setting, they do a lot right for employees. Management has a great vision and they communicate it often, and walk the walk for the most part.

      Cons

      Some silly bureaucratic stuff that you'd find in any medium to large company.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. lots of exposure to technology systems. Great place to start your career in the financial/ technology field. Oppertunity to grow in a fast paced environment.

      Cons

      leadership and training is could be better.
