Pros

Work/home life very well balanced. The most family-oriented place I’ve ever worked. The owners know you on a personal level. The pay is well above average for the area. I love working for this company.

Cons

I cannot come up with one single con-this is a company that everyone should want to work for.

Pros

The management here is something I've never encountered, they listen and then they act. They truly care about everyone here. The owners will regularly walk around and talk to the employees and say thank-you. They are always cooking out, or cooking steaks for the employees.

Cons

There is only 1 bathroom for the entire plant. That needs to change, lol, when you need to go, you need to go.

The employees are great and small crew if you prefer that to just being a time clock number at the larger companies, and the benefits match that of larger companies. It is a fast growing company.

Cons

They are rushing to grow as a company, bringing in more work but not hiring more employees to meet its demand. The pay is super low so there is a moral issue because of it.
