Good hours, fair work requirements, decent expectations, good safety training, provided equipment and uniforms, high quality of management training. Safe and clean.

Cons

Wages are low, sometimes things can be overlooked such as repairs or needed supplies. Need to have more standardized training for departments, different people teach different methods that result in different outcomes
