Pros

Over the last 15 years can feel that the company is trying to make a culture shift to be a "people first" organization. This definitely isn't the same company today that it was 15 years ago!

Cons

Equality of workload. Management is too slow to understand the needs of its work force in terms to equality of work among its department employees. Some folks are working 50 to 60 hrs a week - screaming for help while others in the same department are able to only give 40 hrs and take advantage of "flex time" (leaving on Friday's by 11:00 am).

Cons

Avoid working for the Materials team. Absolutely horrible management. No idea what’s going on and treats staff like they’re expendable. I’ve seen them let go one of the best leaders I’ve worked with and he was also a Marine Veteran. They’re “Military Friendly” but the best military guys don’t last.

Pros

Making the greatest tactical wheeled vehicles on earth is rewarding. Availability of skills development is widely available.

Cons

Work an average of 55 hours a week, minimal benefits for salaried team members. Micro management occurs at almost all levels. Very little appreciation for individuals who work hard and do their jobs correctly. No discipline to those who do not do their jobs.
