Great Pay. Health insurance going up like every other employer but still decent.

Cons

Lots to remember have you're an assembler and are on the main line. Different truck variations one after another but awhile you'll catch on.

On-boarding never covered how annual raises worked or when they would take place.

Pros

I cannot speak higher of the flex hours and PTO policy. The “People First” culture that has been cultivated, even in the past two years I have been employed here, is making great strides towards helping employees have hours that fit their families/schedules. A good work/life balance keeps employees happy. If you ask for help/training, there are available resources to make most requests obtainable.

Cons

The company handles problems in a reactive manner, not a proactive manner. High turnover rate so job security is not promising. The offices are small and spread out all over the city, not to mention outdated. Long work weeks are expected, especially in certain departments.
