Pros

The working environment at Ossium is amazing. Everyone in the office seems energized for their work and motived by how their efforts impact the company's success. Ossium's mission is inspiring and there's a real possibility that our work will revolutionize how healthcare is delivered in lots of different areas. It's not unusual for Kevin to come into the open office area and give an announcement that gives me a jolt of inspiration. I look forward to coming to work in the morning, and when I say "Happy Monday," I'm not even kidding!

Cons

Since the office is located in downtown SF, it might be a tough commute for people that drive, and you have to pay for parking (but it's partially covered by the commuter parking benefit). For me, I like the excitement of working in this area.

Pros

Entrepreneurial culture; committed to the mission and vision, honest and high caliber colleagues, lots of growth opportunities with constant learning, positive and encouraging work environment surrounded by visionary leadership. Everyone is a team player and wears multiple hats. Very diverse, full of inspirational individuals who are dedicated and committed to their work. Management is great, too. They are very understanding and very supportive.

Cons

It can feel overwhelming and hectic at times due to it being a start-up still. You will need to work independently and set your own goals and deadlines, but the workload is manageable and because the work is meaningful, it is very enjoyable.
