Pros

The best reason to work at Ossium is the fantastic People! The company is dynamic and hungry for success, which creates an exceptionally vibrant energy that is reflected in the employees. There is no end to potential growth opportunities, which allows for quick advancement within the company. Compensation is inline with standards for similar sized companies in the biotech sector.

Cons

Working at Ossium is not for the faint of heart. Every day presents challenges that, if not met, could severely disrupt the company's progress toward it's mission. Given the size of the company, everyone working here will face this pressure. Knowing that my contributions are critical to the success of the company is actually a plus in my book but I realize not everyone is wired this way.

Ossium gives you the opportunity to make a big difference in the company and on human health, no matter your level or role. The startup environment gives you an opportunity to wear many hats, explore what you like, and discover what you are good at. Managment is accessible to and supportive of every employee. Ideas at all levels are heard and taken into consideration. You get to see the company grow and change before your eyes and know that you played a crucial part in improving human health. The fast-paced environment keeps you on your toes and you'll never be bored!
