PV Ops/GPV is a Nightmare!!!

The pay is above average only because it's a private company.

Cons

Stay away from working within GPV. The leadership couldn't care less about you. In fact the heads only hire DEI, they will micromanage you to your breaking point, butt in on things that have no PV impact, and move up dead lines because they are on PTO or traveling all the time. The one LT member is back stabbing till the VP leaves to take over. Good luck pushing back because the leadership with gaslight you and say you are the problem, Also US promotions are rare, they make you go to all these trainings, and kiss butt before they even look at you. This company has more deviations and non-compliance issue than a start up. They're going through restructuring now and letting all contractors go and expecting their full time employees to pick up the slack (without extra pay or promotion).
