Pros
Organization is working on evolving to a global medical organization, and trying to do it "right" so they spend considerable time and money to create new processes, train and evolve the organization. There is alot of opportunity, and most leaders are excellent.
Cons
Over time, the lack of a technical infrastructure to share information (ie an organized, one access, shared folder structure on one Sharepoint where people can acess information and share information as it evolves) would really help the organization. Many teams are "silo'ed" and work habits tend to follow that culture. Working within this can seem Byzantine-like.
