      Challenging, fast paced and demanding. Colleagues always available and willing to assist and provide information within their area(s) of expertise. As a contract employee, included in most company activities. Very flexible with hours and work from home arrangements.

      It is a unique environment and you have to be able to thrive in this culture or else you can feel challenged by some of the ambiguity. You have to be comfortable with navigating the company to socialize ideas and have guts to know when to take a stand for your ideas.
