      Shame about the management!

      Pros

      Excellent products offering a real lifeline to patients. Belief that patients are the way forwards and that everything we do should be patient focussed.

      Cons

      Management by microscope, too information hungry, no praise and reward, complete and utter lack of humanity in dealing with people. Blame culture. SLT looking after their own backs. Do not listen and do not have a clue what KAM is.

      Mismanaged and No Unity Among Co-Workers

      Pros

      They offer excellent pay and the benefits were great. The ability to work from home when needed was a plus.

      Cons

      Lack of over site by management. Lack of accountability. Some employees have the ability to sneak by as managers are not unified in applying core principles. Co-workers who are not qualified for their jobs and abuse unofficial work from home policy. Management structure is ever changing. No real chance for growth. High employee turnover.
