Poor leadership High turnover No career advancement

Since the demise of Abilify, Otsuka is dying a slow and painful death. With no real pipeline and a boated and overloaded Neurology sales force, things are looking bleak indeed. Senior management is in way over their heads and collectively speaking, do not have a clue on how to manage a specialty sales force. Forcing culture onto a sales force that has no motivation and is paid a pittance for their efforts is a lost cause. If you keep promoting sycophants and rewarding the politically connected people, rather than the hard working people that are actually pulling their weight, you will continue to lose more and more qualified people.
