High turnover, very poor leadership (none), the ceo is nowhere to be found most of the time, expansions have been a total waste of money, big disconnect between the owners overseas and US staff. The culture that they speak about is garbage because they really do not want to hear about the issues and will use any diversity of thought against the staff person. the only way your are moving up is through the old boys club.

They offer excellent pay and the benefits were great. The ability to work from home when needed was a plus.

Cons

Lack of over site by management. Lack of accountability. Some employees have the ability to sneak by as managers are not unified in applying core principles. Co-workers who are not qualified for their jobs and abuse unofficial work from home policy. Management structure is ever changing. No real chance for growth. High employee turnover.
