The company is fast-paced, driven by high-standards and unconventional approaches to challenges; it's a non-hierarchal environment where everyone is empowered to contribute and bring ideas to reality, all ideas are welcomed and healthy debate of ideas are encouraged; the journey for each employee can vary depending on what they choose to make of their experience here; huge focus on internal mobility; great tuition reimbursement program; inspiring culture

Cons

It is a unique environment and you have to be able to thrive in this culture or else you can feel challenged by some of the ambiguity. You have to be comfortable with navigating the company to socialize ideas and have guts to know when to take a stand for your ideas.

Cons

poor local and regional management, provide zero clinical value to both physician and patient, selling the worst available treatment to hospital based doctors. everyday you went home you immediately had to take a shower.

Good benefits, competitive salaries, strong 401(k) match. PTO used to be generous before it was changed to "unlimited".

Cons

After significant leadership changes, the culture declined sharply. Employees are afraid to speak up because of retaliation. HR fails to protect employees. The culture shifted to the culture of fear and mistrust. The shift to “unlimited PTO” significantly worsened work-life balance. Time off depends heavily on manager approval, often discouraged even when requested far in advance, and unused time cannot be banked. Many employees experienced this change as negative despite how it was presented. A common theme shared by many who have left is poor leadership, no work-life balance, and expectations to be available 24/7 with little recognition. There is as clear gap between stated values and actual reality.
