Growing so fast that there is no competent support at home office. HR calls go unanswered, field ops can't deliver data to the field for territory support. Massive amount of excuses of why data is missing or not accurate. Tremendous amount of micromanagement of the field - Career Trees functional/technical skills assessment is a 'jump-through-the-hoops' type of subjective management tool favored by Otsuka. Likely there will be right-sizing in a year or so when it is found to have expanded too quickly. Small company management struggling to pretend to be a major player.
