      Pros

      Diverse workgroup Most people care about patients Good benefits and 401k matching Open to creative and out of the box solutions They just went to casual attire every day

      Cons

      I rarely see management display actions that show they care about their employees - gives you the feeling that you are just a cog It has become very clicky There is a LOT of ambiguity, change and chaos The HR department has a reputation for being horrible, my experience supported that reputation I have seen a lot of unethical things take place with no repercussions

      Pros

      Not worth the salary they pay you. If you make too much they find bogus ways to get rid of you.

      Cons

      They do not care about employees or patients. It is a farce. Management stabs you in back. They do not follow their own stated values or mission. Do not go to work for them.

      Pros

      Very skilled and professional workforce of pharma veterans, excellent IT, decent (but not industry-leading) salaries and benefits.

      Cons

      Move to open floor plan - terrible idea, noisy, distracting and zero privacy. Heavy-handed and random interference by mother ship in Japan. Lack of any medium term or long term business strategy other than continuing to beat the dead horse product pipeline.
