Here at OuterBox your day to day is inspiring by the level of detail and the quality of work you deliver. You are fully in charge of your SEO strategy without constriction - it only matters if you have data driven evidence behind your strategy.
My outlook has been extremely positive - I have heard the good and the bad from previous employees but the fact of the matter of what I have heard I see positive strides to correct any internal issues (which aren't that big of issues to begin with).
OuterBox and the management system internally is designed to help you succeed in every way possible. Management works with you to set goals, answer questions and help you reach long and short term goals. My experience with management (and CEOs) is that they will help you map your career and future with OuterBox. It is very rewarding to hear you are valued, and get that proven with random gifts (starbucks cards, amazon cards, merch...) and not only that but now including an internal system to allow you to give bonuses to teammates through recognition.
OuterBox offers flexible time and great PTO policy. I never work 9-9pm at OBX, I find myself hitting a consistent bare minimum of 6 hours billable time per day, and 8 including all time. There is never ending support and help in place for when you feel like you might be struggling.
I would like to mention my current manager B is upstanding and one of the most genuine people I have ever met. B helps me reach my goals and is always the first to jump into action.
One thing I don't see mentioned in these reviews is the sales team. The sales team isn't a greedy lead generating monster, they are genuine people who only take the sales they know OBX can drive value to. The after sales support from the sales reps are genuine and show positive influence without bother of an upsell unless it's needed.
As stated above, OuterBox has great benefits to employees, 401k, friendships unlike any, health insurance, recognition solutions and my favorite, the education allowance. They pay you to learn, they encourage you to learn.
I see a lot of reviews on here talk about Justin Smith in a negative way and I hope to put a lot of that to rest with this review. Justin, Jason and Nick are outstanding folks who want the best for you.
Overall, OuterBox is a place I am proud to call home and happy to know my career with OuterBox has a solid plan.
