Amazing culture and onboarding at Outreach

From day one, the onboarding experience was seamless and thoughtfully designed. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly supportive, and the culture fosters learning, collaboration, and innovation. Leadership is approachable, and teams work with a strong sense of purpose and ownership.

From the time of application, it was a seamless shortlisting, interview process done by team, and after each round of interview, my confidence and positive vibes grew for them, as if I get selected would be joining the tribe. Was lucky enough to get selected, and even during onboarding it was a pretty friendly interacting session with each of team members. Last, but not the least, am really enjoying working here.
