One of the most toxic environments I've encountered. No direction, constant fear for your job, poor leadership, unattainable sales targets, etc. Even managers who "have your back" will turn on you to save their own jobs. Sad when management tells you to "fall in line or you wont have a job". There is no reason to join this company. There are plenty of other great companies with leadership that values and respects their employees.

Senior leadership (c-suite and SVPs) are inept and disconnected from the rest of the workforce and slowly creating a toxic environment in which only a few people know of the critical decisions being taken. There seem to be a lot of cliques within the org. Decisions being made lack process and are not driven by data or merit. They are made by a few people at the top and handed down to the rest of the organization. This has led to the rest of the org feeling estranged from leadership and confused about which direction the company is going. The company has grown significantly in the last few years and only now being tested with the changing marketing conditions. The work culture was great in positive times but now it has become toxic with leaders blaming each other on what's wrong rather than teaming to solve for issues together. This has led to employees constantly working under pressure and concerned they will get laid off sooner than later.
