Flexibility that comes with small business. The entire company is abrasive and click so if you can gel immediately then you have a chance at surviving.

Cons

50% executives who all pull in different directions. No communication among executives. No workforce to get anything done. Company has great ideas, but can't get them done. You will get swallowed, and stuck with zero direction or training.
