I agree that our team is wonderful - there is not another group of people who I would rather be working with every day. We’ve put a lot of structures in place to give ownership to the individuals who are doing the building every day - one big example of this is our switch to Agile development. Our best and important asset is our team and we need your big ideas to achieve our collective goals. You’re right that everything can’t be equally important, we’ve laid out our 2018 goals in the Company scorecard. I shared these goals at the company retreat at the beginning of the year and we review them as a company quarterly. They are also available in our internal drive so everyone has access and can keep them top of mind. These scorecard goals should be our guiding compass about what success looks like in 2018.
