Pros

Starting with no experience within the industry& no degree over 10 years ago, company provided me with the many opportunities for growth. They recognize my hard work and rewarded me over the years. For that I am grateful. Also, the relationship that I gained within and outside the company have been rewarding . Lots of great people to work with.

Cons

Industry is forever changing and very demanding. It can be stressful at times, but any work environment can have the same type of atmosphere based on the demands of their industry.
