Pros

I had no experience in anything related to trucking, and PBI gave me a shot. Not only have I had the opportunity to learn about a completely different industry, but I have always worked with great people. My position allows me to work with people from all walks of life, and I get to do something different every day which keeps things interesting. I have met some of my best and closest friends at this company.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit of a negative work environment due to the stress and demands of the industy; I don't believe it is a direct reflection of the company, but more of the transportation industry itself. Communication between corporate office and satellite locations can be challenging at times, but overall, with the multiple communication methods provided, it is manageable.

Pros

People can be nice at times.

Cons

Almost everything is a Con. The company is barely floating above water. I fear Bankruptcy is in the near future for this company. Management only seems to care about them selves. Non-management is left to do all the dirty work with no additional compensation. Certain people just get passes for being lazy. While the hard workers are being taken advantage of. Stay away. Do not work them. They will use and abuse you.
