Pros

The people I worked with made the job enjoyable and tolerable. Once all the good employees left the job, things became less and less unbearable and no motivation to make it into work.

Cons

They praise the wrong people and are harsh with all the hard working people. You do good work you get more work, you are lazy and slack and you get less work or moved to another position. Very bad way to run a company. Make you work 7 days a week and on call 24/7 while.
