Busy restaurant, despite present economic hardships!

Pros

Lots of coworkers, pay is decent compensation for type of work done, flexible scheduling based around school schedule, promotion opportunities.

Cons

Sometimes very late hours - up to 1:30am closing, not benefit eligible until after one year of employment (>20hrs/wk), responsible for other shifts which do not pay tip-out.

Great place for a service industry career!

Pros

Great pay, with usual great employees! PF changs is definitely an upscale employer! Also benefits are great if you are a full time employee!

Cons

Have to take lots of night shifts but the pay is still great!! I would consider working here if I wanted to get into the service industry!

Managers are supportive, food comes out quickly, food runners are helpful.

Cons

Guest checks are relatively low due to low price point, food often comes out incomplete to tables, inconvenient timing method between courses, no bussers, low service standards.
