Pros
Good opportunity to make a lot of money if you use a lot of initiative, do things you're not asked to, create a positive work environment, and have good skills reading tables. Must also be able to multi-task as this restaurant is fast paced and has a lot of steps of service. this company also adheres to their credo: "We are truly glad you are here and will do everything we can to make you want to come back." This applies to guests as well as empoyees who are doing their jobs well.
Cons
Training program needs to be updated and consistent; servers & backwaiters are sometimes cut too soon to save on labor, thus making the task of serving really well difficult. Also, many tasks of the backwait are thrust upon the servers (because there are too few people on backwait) also creating a more difficult environment to serve a table well.
