1) Job Security - It's a well settled company and leading very good projects from very big clients. So, there is no need to worry about the job security. If you are genuinely wanting to learn anything and ready to learn and face more challenges, you must join this company. 2) Work Pressure - If you can deliver the assigned task in your working hours no one will disturb you. I don't feel such issues. 3) Environment - Office is located near other IT companies. It's working environment is as good as other IT companies. It's true that it's a small company, but work environment is nice. Everyone is friendly here and ready to help. 4) Any Salary issues? - Not at all. Every month you will get your salary on time. Even sometimes we get it 2-3 days prior if last day is weekend or any festival.

Work on more than one project simultaneously which helps in getting a wider understanding of the domain. 3. Everyone here, including the superiors are collaborative and approachable. 4. Company also organizes team lunch and fun activities. 5. Excellent pay scale.
