They are big. They don't care. I was enjoying my time there, my guarantee ran up, they dropped my pay despite me only seeing 2-4 patients per day. I asked them to keep it at the guarantee as I was getting paid less than others in my job and it would cost them more to hire another employee, train them, and get them up to speed. They chose to drop my pay. I then began to look around for other jobs.

Worked lots of hours, too many meetings, some leaders not good for the Company's future. Some departments have lots of turnover - beware. CEO is there less and less and being run by a few SVPs and incompetent leaders. No one in the Support Center feels safe anymore, and most are just buying time to find other jobs or hoping the CEO will figure out what damage is being done by his leaders. Only a few that are selected by the CEO get any type of equity, so there are very mixed messages and apparent hidden agendas by the select few who want to get rich. So many of the really good management have either left on their own, or were pushed out. Many people on their teams now have no loyalty and just punch the clock to get paid. Employee engagement, passion and commitment are now a thing of the past.
