Pros

None, I am so discouraged by this company.

Cons

More then I could list. All I can say is if your considering this company to really read the fine print, and know that its very hard to move up and a lot of open ended promises. I would never recommend anyone to this company. The president should take a better look at the people representing his company he would be disgusted.

Thank you for your review. We agree that in order to retain our employees, they must be fairly compensated and recognized. In reference to your comments regarding upper management – we realize that misunderstandings and differences of opinion sometimes develop in the daily work situation. However, we believe that the open discussion of ideas, suggestions and concerns is important to our mutual success. Your honest feedback helps us ensure authenticity and transparency within the company. That being said, we will pass along your suggestions to our leadership team. Thank you.

Pros

Stable working hours - long lunch.

Cons

Lots of office politics (I experienced this at not only one office but three separate offices all within the southern Nevada area), inadequate training on all levels - including management. Lack of direction, cheap tactics to up-sale patients - moral absence. Too many people involved in office politics from the base office all the way up the chain of command - no one you can trust.

Pros

The staff and employees are truly good people and I have made many life long friends and colleagues that I still to this day keep in touch with and work with at my private office. Great for beginner dentist trying to get their speed and skills up to par for their own practice. Good grasp of the business aspect of dentistry. Ohh yeah lots of CE units available at no charge.

Cons

Although I noted numerous pros I believe the cons out weigh the pros. Company is cut throat about production and upselling procedures to non covered benefits (all ceramic same day restorations). Company promotes a religious agenda to promote their business model. Their is a distinct separation b/w backoffice and management. Management more concerned about personal bonuses vs employee happiness, setting unattainable goals that cant be met. The forced clinical training and continuing education for pressure sale environments and not really clinical CE units. CEO Steve Thorne cut health benefits for needy employees only to purchase a new jet the same year or have egocentric videos starring himself promting himself. The praise and admiration of HIGH PRODUCING DR's ethical or not and the belittling and dismissal of Associates with subpar daily production. P.S most high producers are fired eventually b/c they are ultimately abusing the commission. PDS /Dental groups etc are one of the biggest reasons patients have become weary at the dentist. This high sell, car lot mentality with a Thorne religious twist to gain the trust of the staff seems to equal the companies ultimate mission statement of Perfect Patient Experience (PPE).
