We are a growing company 60 offices to 400+ in 11 years so with gowth come growing pains. Sometimes the training and processes don't keep up with the growth but the organization is taking steps to bridge this with new training programs, software and systems.

The management is money and not people driven. I was appalled at what leadership meant. When hired I went on a six week training tour of three practices, of which seemed as if they were very interested in an employee's success. However, most of those that were asked to train the employee did not have time due to having to complete their own jobs, some didn't even know they were on a schedule to train me, the trainer would not take illness/holidays or bad training into account for being behind on the learning curve, and one of the office managers treated me as if there were some personal problem going on. I've never felt more lost in an organization where there was such a distinct difference in what people were saying about a job and how this actually played out. I finally resigned after being miserable and treated poorly for several weeks. I also learned of the person that recommended me to the position resigning and regretted giving one minute to this company. The company values do not show through and I would suggest not getting sucked into it.
