      CEO who is unethical. They don't practice what they preach. Cult like sort of culture with awful medical benefits

      Pros

      Cerec is pretty much it. The materials are okay but it depends on the owner.

      Cons

      It depends on the owner. There are so many cooks in the kitchen with office managers, regional managers, the owner, regional partner. And guess what, everyone is looking out for themselves. Moral hazard problem like the movie wall street. The dentist works like a slave but does not get treated well. You do the hygiene, probing, dentistry. And guess what, if there is an issue that someone else in your practice created, you as the dentist will likely get the blame. It depends on the owner I suppose but it can be a rotten apple.

      Great team members in each office

      Cons

      No support. The owner doctor has no involvement if he/she doesn't work in the office or if they own more than 1 location. No communication with the RM and Owner Doctor
