Pros

There are many great docs and team members. The industry is growing.

Cons

People get fired when they have a bad day. Watch for promises of pay and bonus opportunities... even if you get it in writing, they may choose not to honor it.

Thank you for your review. PDS does collaborate with a lot of great people and we are excited to be a part of such a booming industry. We are sorry to hear about your experiences. We recommend you reach out to a member of the HR team or upper management to address your concerns.

Pros

Slow paced in comparison to other health fields. Pay is decent and you can receive a bonus of 500 dollars if your office exceeds their goals. Also you work in a dentist office so tons of teeth goodies.

Cons

Company really tries to shove treatment down people's throat. Training in Washington state is horrible. There is no order on how things are learned. Day goes by super slow since there is not much to do. Coworkers love to gossip.

Not happy!

Pros

No weekends (depending on your office). Opportunity to get bonuses for starting TX. Although it's team goal not individual. Also the opportunity to volunteer

Cons

Management is terrible! My office manager literally has no clue how to manage and I've heard that from a couple different offices as well. Hard to make a complaint because you may face retaliation. Very difficult to get vacation time if your office is short an employee which most offices are. Very high turnover rate.
