During the initial on-boarding process it can be a bit overwhelming at first. I had to remind myself multiple times to take things slowly and not focus on perfection. While this isn't necessarily a con, it did require me to adjust my thinking process.
The regional support team would tell me multiple times to take things slowly and really digest the information, but I felt so far behind and wanted to know everything right away. This will not happen! You have to trust the process and know that things will begin to make sense after you've been with the company for awhile.
You also have to be an ambitious person to succeed here. This is the type of organization that will give you all of the tools to be successful, but you have to do the work. Personally, I enjoy this environment, but I have seen individuals with little to no ambition blame the company for their shortcomings. Make no mistake about it, you are responsible for your success or failure. The regional/national team will do everything they can to help you but ultimately you determine your future.
