Neat and clean facilities.

Cons

The word 'culture' is over used. Instead of bragging about what iPDS does for community etc, it would be nice if they would turn that around and be more supportive of their actual employees. I have to clock On and off he time clock all day like a waitress Since I'm the RDH and make more money, I hbe to help the company save money. Everyone else gets to stay on. Then, our schedule gets bottle be led at the end of the day. So I end up forced to take 3 hr lunches and get stuck working 2 hrs past closing. Cuts into family time.

If you are able to get the case closed. You can make pretty good money.

Cons

Office Manager tells you what to do and "Coaches" you if you do not press your patient for treatment. Lack of communication with Owner Doctor. High Gossip Office . You could have a negative check if you don't keep your daily ADP. Cerec was pressed and using an outside lab was frowned on. Work through lunch. You are constantly spied on.
