i saw this response from the company and thought it was a bit funny. saying that it was a personal experience doesn't take away from the fact that 45+ employees have left the recruiting team in a little less than 4-years. that is hyper-turnover. people don't leave that quickly if they felt like they mattered. leadership should really take a deep look in the mirror and ask themselves why people have ANY negative experiences at all?!?! instead of pointing the finger, high turnover should be pause for self reflection.
why are team members constantly looking if the opportunity offers growth, career development, and genuine/authentic leadership?! with double digit growth, there should be an even larger emphasis on developing talent, keeping that talent, and not letting great people slip out the door.
again for a job seeker, please do your due diligence.

Thank you for your review. We agree that there are a lot great people and strong talent at PDS. Please consider that in order to support PDS’ amazing growth (e.g. double digit growth year over year) the company has invested significant resources in recruiting (headcount growth in department), which has led to a fast paced environment that is incredibly exciting for some, but challenging for others. Respectfully, please consider that the experience you describe is more indicative of your personal experience and it appears to have ended negatively. Numerous people in the recruiting department have been elevated throughout the organization and continue to succeed.
