CEO has great vision. Many hard working employees. Growth potential if they just had the right team in place. The great thing about CEO is he listens. Powerful values with our we believe statements!

Cons

Politics, ridiculous egos (especially for those with no formal education or no more than a certificate in business) less than effective senior leaders. It's great to display your impressive repertoire of the latest corporate jargon. Unfortunately there is little action behind that. And playing favorites with friends does not accomplish goals for this organization.

Cons

Moved team members and management around offices every couple months A huge divide between owner doctors' expectations/rules and Pacific Dental staff's expectations/rules, which made you feel like you feel like you were caught in the middle and any move you made was never the right one. If you did something one way, you weren't following Pacific Dental Service's standards, but if you did it the other way you were going to upset the owner doctor.

Owner doctors get to decide how they run their offices. Which can benefit employees from time to time.

Cons

It's a corporate company. It can be less personal with patients, they just want to make as much money as possible and then none of that money gets put into offices that need it. They are all about numbers and less about patient care.
