Pros

Overall, employees were hard working and great to work with. Majority of staff, doctors and managers really care about patients. I enjoy going to work. Lots of opportunity to advance. My schedule was flexible but often work more than 40 hours a week. Those includes night and weekends. Tons of traveling. Great if you love to be busy!

Cons

As a part of regional employees, I got observe many roles from senior to new employees. My brief overview: xFast Growing company. Vast growth means some employees are spread thin. Needs better training and support for employees. Can be high stress at times. Your experience with the company is very dependent on your supervisor, region and department.

PDS has a solid business model and culture that is focused on customer service, clinical autonomy, and performance. This is a place that you can develop in if you have a strong work ethic, are open to coaching, and can work well with clinical and support staff to provide excellent customer service.

Cons

If you are not open to working hard and supporting your team and patients, PDS is not the place for you.
