I get to do the dentistry the way I feel serves the patient the best with zero critique from the operations side of the business. I was actually concerned about this prior to joining. I was relieved to discover that my concern was unfounded. The CEREC culture is great, and I have found my patients really appreciate same day dentistry. Something I was unwilling to invest in when I owned my own private practice.
