      From the top down, this company wants to do it the right way, truly creating Patients For Life! In depth focus throughout the organization on helping dentists provide the dentistry patients need, in a manner that creates great patient satisfaction. This can be a tough, and challenging job due to patients not always wanting to hear about the dentistry they need.

      Cons

      Understand that it is dentistry. . . meaning, part of the job is informing the patient that they have some dentistry to be performed, which many people are not wanting to hear.

      Pros

      High caliber people with a great "team" environment. Everyone wants to work hard and have fun doing while ensuring the patient is the #1 priority. It feels great to be a part of a growing company with solid values and purpose. I really appreciate the opportunities to Serve with this team, and I've made some wonderful relationships doing it. I've referred several people to the organization both in Houston and other regions.

      In a fast growing region we need good people at a quicker rate. Finding the right people at the right time has been a growing pain.
