      This company is very organized.

      Cons

      If you don't subscribe to their religious beliefs, they WILL find a way to force you out of the company. My tenure at Pacific Dental often reminded me of the documentaries I've seen about 'Scientology' - very organized with countless 'philosophical' ways on how to squeeze money from their patients. Be very wary of this place.

      None, would never work in this company ever again nor will I recommend. I understand it is a business but waaaay to money hungry

      under educated managers that don't even know what they are doing! Southern San Diego region is all related and company has way to much favoritism!

      Benefits, earning potential, 401k, new technology including digital X-rays and chart less documentation

      Cons

      Though their philosophy is "patients for life", it's mainly about numbers,numbers,numbers. Each dentist will have at minimum an eleven page metric report each month. It basically measures how crappy you are compared to the top 20% of all the doctors including the owner doctors. The top twenty percent are praised over and over about how great they are. However, one has to question these doctor's ethics. Once again, the bottom line is how much you make or refer for the owner doctor and PDS. Most owner doctors, don't reveal any appreciation and only show dissatisfaction if you are not making them enough money for profit checks.
