Promote from within. Positive team spirit. Company gets involved with charities and always gives back to he community. We Serve Day for the public as well as working with Kaboom to build playgrounds.
Cons
Sometimes it's difficult to deal with the changes that come with turnover. This could be in any aspect. They hire great people and the patients fall in love with them and then have to be introduced to new providers. But all in all, all positive changes that the patients eventually embrace.
