      Pros

      Everything in this organisation makes sense to me.The CORE ethics is stong sense of honest hard work, giving to the community. Sky is the limit at least in my part of the work for growth and compensation.I have freedom to work as many days as i want and also if i need to take days off or cut hours i am able to do that when needed. Professionally it is an environment which challenges the comfort zones and pushes you to learn better,provides avenues to pursue your goals and dreams . There is strong community sense and peer support.

      Cons

      It's becoming more and more difficult to take simple decisions and move forward as systems are getting more complicated and too many decisions coming from top down when it used to be more of decisions were taken bottom levels.I am starting to see a trend of ,talking a lot and doing little.Hopefully this will be fixed before it becomes a culture.

      Pros

      Best company to work for. They always encourage growth and development. My SRM and RMS are always there to help and have created an outstanding work environment. I wouldn't be where I am today without them! We are like one big family. This company truly cares about their employees and patients!

      Pros

      I have been working with Pacific Dental Services for a little over 3 years and I have to say that I really enjoy coming to work everyday. As an office, we are really close. I consider each of my co-workers as part of my family and the Doctors really care about us. I also believe that PDS is a very stable company and it keeps growing which means more opportunities for us. The incentives are good, it keeps us motivated and some of the benefits are really good.

      Cons

      Although last month we had a very good training, I really think that they should have a better training program where everyone can attend. Or before hiring, we should all go thru the same program before even starting a job.
