Pros

I love the company I work for! They offer so much room for growth that I see myself here till i retire. It's more than a job it's a career. Constant training to keep everyone updated on the new and improved technologies and everything dental. They give back to the community with many events they sponsor i.e.: We Serve Day, Braveheart, Mobile Dental Clinic. Great bonus system and they truly give back to the employees in Christmas parties, XP event, and appreciation days.

Cons

Really only con is that our medical insurance has such a high deductible you'd think with company with so many employees they'd be able to get a pretty good rate for better insurance.

Pros

Great pay,M-F,offices are clean,modern technology

Cons

Management, communication, training, you can spin your wheels all day and there's never enough time in the day to get done every task the company sets out for, dentistry shouldn't be that complex, its a number game with the company, system never up to date with current fee schedules... Office managers spend all day on their emails and not focus on the office, or try to make themselves look busy, never any true direction...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We are happy to hear the compensation and structure of your office are attributing to your experience in a positive way. As you know, we are experiencing double digit growth year-over-year. Though we are excited and motivated by this growth, we do recognize it affects communication and procedures as a whole. We truly appreciate your advice and will be sure to pass it along to our senior leadership team.

Pros

I can't think of one pro.

Cons

Horrible corporation, yes corporation to work for. Uncaring, unethical practices. If you have 5+ years experience, RUN! Work, life balance is terrible. If you want time off for vacations or are sick, forget about it! Management is a joke. They hire restaurant and hotel managers with no dental experience to manage people who have been in the dental business. They will try to tell you how to do your job, even if they have no clue what they are talking about in dental terms. The dentist I worked for did horrible, shoddy work. I had to sub at another one of our offices, where the dentist was right out of school and his lead had little experience. All I saw was shoddy work here also. Temporary crowns, bridges looked like they were done by a new assistant or dentist. The patient was in pain and the tissue looked like hamburger. The CEO is the laughing stock of the Dental Profession. The management doesn't listen, they are overworked and underpaid, as well as the rest of the staff. All that there is, is negative reviews and no raises. You can work as hard as needed and never get recognized for it. The dentist I worked for did poor dentistry and was uncaring about his patients. What I saw in this office was a case for the board of dentistry. I am very surprised they haven't been investigated yet. PDS is a joke.
