      The company is great however the benefits are poor if you are a contractor..

      Pros

      The management team works to leverage your skills and expertise. It's a small enough organization where you can be a contributor and rewarded for your work. The dress is business casual; they work to encourage teaming. There is frequent collaboration and information shared about our business area. The environment is very profesional but casual. They believe in celebrating holiday's and special days like St Patricks Day (ie green cupcakes for the team).

      Cons

      For contractors the benefits are a little expensive and they don't cover the necessary routine doctor visits; especially if you have a family.

      Good pay for performance, many large accounts to work with

      Cons

      Little room for advancement. Sales is treated much more fairly than recruiting and branch management.
