Flavor of the month management by faulty metrics, creates unavoidable tailspin

Pros
There is nothing really positive to say, expect they pay a higher than normal base if you can pass the test.
Cons
There have been more bad sales and recruiting metrics/plans/goals in this organization during a 36 month period than Baskin Robins has flavors of ice cream. There appears to be minimal forethought and or afterthought, in just few months after rolling out a plan/metric, management forgets about the idea and throws out a new one. Although PDS specializes in engineering and IT, a vast majority of corp. management doesn’t know or understand the markets they are sell into, thus pushing PDS not solving customers staffing problems. Employee beware.
