PDS has a very responsive staff - great response time to issues Great pay Variety of Benefits available to purchase Online profile management - direct deposit - good web site

Cons

Need a more broad variety of jobs available. Job insecurity is just part of the contracting industry so to maintain continuous employment it is imperative to have a larger pool of jobs available. It was tough to fill this space as I am very happy with my assignment and with the PDS office in DFW.

This is a good company for someone who is just getting started in recruiting.

Cons

Does not have a great commission structure. Does not focus on the "Big Picture" of recruiting in my opinion.
