      Pros

      Good Snacks and a great holiday party. Owners are very forward thinking and fun.

      Cons

      Management, politics in office, there seems to be this sense of fake culture being force fed to everyone and the resistance is unbearable. Very negative environment to work in. Let people go without warning or reason. Non-management employees seem to be fired for poor management/project management decisions being made instead of the people making the poor decisions.

      None. Absolutely no redeeming qualities.

      Peak6 likes to run its businesses into the ground they bring in people that throw some catchy buzz words at them who really have no clue. Then they make no attempt to actually learn anything about the businesses they buy up before absolutely destroying them and the culture. Employees live in fear for their positions always walking on eggshells, there is absolutely no trust amongst employees. They like to talk about empowerment, DEI, mental health…but the actions do not match the words. Example, here we know you’re stressed working 12+ hours a day, and we’re not going to change that, but here’s the calm app to help you…

      Unqualified, immature, toxic managers operating blindly inside a cult like bubble that attempts to brainwash employees into believing they are in a world class organization.
