      Great People and Firm

      Pros

      People are collaborative, smart, hardworking. Company events and parties are a ton of fun and they bring in great headliners. Hybrid office/work from home giving some flexibility. Great insurance, food and other employee benefits. Firm has had a ton of financial success.

      Cons

      Demanding. Many different businesses so keeping up with them is hard.

      Crazy and not in a fun way

      Pros

      Hard to think of any pros but I guess it's that inexperienced people get the chance to run projects and businesses. And there's curiosity and energy to explore new tactics and industries. But the repercussions of both are severe and painful for everyone.

      Cons

      Like working with children who have never been told no. Weird cult of personality around the owners. There's a small group of lifers and everyone else is disposable and treated that way. Ugly and toxic environment with a revolving door of employees.

      Nice office and location. Generally smart people and kind people (besides leadership)

      Cons

      Executives and managers play favorites very early on. If they don't love you from the start you have very little chance to succeed. Best opportunities will be given to others
